At Buffer, I was the Product Manager for the onboarding and activation team where I led the implementation of dozens of A/B tests to optimize the onboarding for tens of thousands of users. Highlights:
Homepage Redesign:
During my first few months at Buffer I led the development of a new homepage in order to improve our conversion rate. As the product suite grew, we realized the homepage was longer communicating the power of Buffer's entire platform. We completed dozens of interviews to better understand potential users and how we could reduce their onboarding and activation friction. We also tested several versions of copy in order to make sure the messaging was simple, compelling and clear. We pulled all of this research into an undated website that had significant improvement on our conversion rates.

Pablo Chrome Extension:
One of the new feature we developed for Pablo was the Chrome Extension that helped users to create social media images in under 30 seconds. We had a very successful launch on Product Hunt with over 500 upvotes.
